Return Policy New Items:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of new Harley parts and accessories. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of new items within 7days of the delivery date. However, please note that we will apply a 35% restocking fee to all returned new items to cover the costs associated with processing and restocking your returned items. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item. The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and manuals that came with the item. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria, and we will process your refund accordingly. 

Used Items: We do not accept returns of used Harley parts and accessories. All used items are sold as-is, and we cannot guarantee their performance or compatibility with your motorcycle. Therefore, please ensure that you have carefully reviewed the product description and photos before making your purchase. If you have any questions about a used item, please contact our customer service team before making your purchase.

Custom /Special Orders policy:

We understand that when ordering a customized Harley Davidson seat, pipes or any other special order item, it's a significant investment for our customers. Therefore, we strive to make the ordering process as easy and transparent as possible.

Returns on customized Harley Davidson seats, pipes or any other special order item are subject to the following conditions:

  1. All sales are final: Since these items are made to order with unique customization options, we cannot offer a return policy for any reason other than manufacturing defects.

  2. Manufacturing defects: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to ensure that the product is returned, and a replacement or refund is issued as quickly as possible.

  3. Refunds: If we determine that a manufacturing defect caused the issue with your product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to purchase the item. Refunds will only be issued after the item has been returned, inspected, and approved.

  4. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges on special order items. If you need a different customization option or product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

  5. Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a reputable shipping company with tracking and insurance.

  6. Timing: All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item. Any requests for returns after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
