At Dyna Dick's Deals, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our products are motorcycle-specific, customers are responsible for verifying fitment, compatibility, and product specifications before placing an order.

Standard Returns — New, In-Stock Items

Eligible new, in-stock items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, uninstalled, unmounted, and unaltered
• Be in new and resalable condition
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Include all original hardware, accessories, manuals, documentation, and other included items
• Meet all other return requirements outlined in this policy

A 35% restocking fee applies to eligible standard returns.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns must receive prior approval from Dyna Dick's Deals before being shipped back. Do not send a return to our address without first receiving return authorization and instructions.

Special-Order & Made-to-Order Items

Some products are ordered specifically from a manufacturer or vendor after a customer places an order and are not normally stocked by Dyna Dick's Deals.

Special-order or made-to-order products may include:

• Exhaust systems and pipes
• Customized products
• Specialty or larger items
• Products manufactured or prepared after an order is placed
• Products specifically ordered from a manufacturer or vendor for the customer

Because these products are purchased specifically for the customer, special-order and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for customer-initiated returns due to incorrect fitment, ordering the wrong part, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item, except where a return or cancellation is required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for confirming the correct year, make, model, application, specifications, and fitment before ordering.

Fitment & Incorrectly Ordered Parts

Customers are responsible for verifying that a product is compatible with their motorcycle before purchasing.

A return will not be accepted simply because:

• The part does not fit the motorcycle
• The wrong year, make, or model was selected
• The wrong part was ordered
• The customer ordered the incorrect application
• The customer no longer needs the product
• The customer changed their mind

This is especially important for special-order and made-to-order products.

Manufacturer & Vendor Requirements

Some products are fulfilled directly by a manufacturer or vendor, while others are ordered into our shop before being shipped to the customer.

For vendor-fulfilled or drop-shipped products, the return may also be subject to the applicable manufacturer's or vendor's return authorization and processing requirements.

If a return is eligible under this policy, Dyna Dick's Deals will provide the customer with the appropriate return instructions.

Manufacturer Defects

If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, please contact Dyna Dick's Deals as soon as possible.

We will work with the applicable manufacturer or vendor to determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances and applicable manufacturer warranty, the resolution may include a repair, replacement, warranty claim, or refund.

If you suspect an item is defective, do not install, modify, alter, or further use the item before contacting us when reasonably possible, as doing so may affect the manufacturer's warranty or claim process.

Incorrect Item or Error by Dyna Dick's Deals

If Dyna Dick's Deals sends an incorrect item or an item that does not match the order because of an error on our part, please contact us promptly.

If the error is confirmed to be ours, we will work with you to correct the issue. A restocking fee will not be charged when a return is required because of an error made by Dyna Dick's Deals.

Used Items

Used items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Used products are sold as-is and may show signs of normal wear. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, photographs, and available information before purchasing.

Exchanges

Dyna Dick's Deals does not offer direct exchanges on special-order or made-to-order products.

If you need a different product, configuration, or fitment, the original order must first be handled according to the applicable return policy, if eligible, and a new order may need to be placed.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Because some products are ordered specifically from manufacturers or vendors after an order is placed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted to the manufacturer or vendor, entered production, or shipped.

Special-order and made-to-order products may become non-cancellable once the order has been submitted for production or fulfillment, except where cancellation is required by applicable law.

International Orders

Dyna Dick's Deals ships to the United States and select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with returning an item, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other international charges unless required by applicable law.

Some products may not be eligible for international returns because of manufacturer restrictions, shipping requirements, size or weight limitations, or destination-country regulations.

Customers located in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer return, cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, or other statutory rights retain those rights to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

European Union / European Economic Area Customers

If you purchase from Dyna Dick's Deals as a consumer in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection or withdrawal rights apply, those rights will apply to your purchase as required by law.

For eligible EU consumer purchases, applicable EU withdrawal rights may provide a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to applicable exceptions and requirements. Special-order, customized, or made-to-order products are not automatically exempt from statutory consumer rights solely because they are special-order products.

Where applicable law provides rights that differ from the standard Dyna Dick's Deals return policy, the applicable law will control.

All returns must be approved by Dyna Dick's Deals before being shipped.

Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received, the item will be inspected to verify that it meets the requirements of this policy.

After the return has been received and approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Any applicable restocking fee, return shipping cost, or other authorized deduction will be deducted from the refund.

The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, financial institution, and location and may vary after Dyna Dick's Deals processes the refund.

Dealer Purchases

This policy applies to purchases made directly through Dyna Dick's Deals.

If you purchased a product through an authorized dealer or another retailer, please contact the business from which you made the purchase regarding its return and refund policy.
