Shipping & Processing Policy
Dyna Dicks Deals is a small business that works with a variety of manufacturers and vendors. Because products are fulfilled differently depending on the manufacturer, processing and shipping times may vary by product.
In-Stock Items
Most in-stock items are processed within 7–10 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Special-Order & Made-to-Order Items
Some products are special-order or made-to-order items and are not kept in stock at Dyna Dicks Deals. These products are ordered from the manufacturer or vendor after an order is placed.
Certain products, including some exhaust systems, pipes, customized products, and larger specialty items, may be manufactured or prepared by the manufacturer after an order is placed and may therefore require additional processing time before shipment.
Processing times for special-order and made-to-order products vary by manufacturer. Any estimated processing or lead times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Manufacturer production schedules, inventory availability, supply-chain delays, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Dyna Dicks Deals' control may affect processing times.
Vendor Fulfillment & Drop-Shipping
Some manufacturers and vendors allow products to be drop-shipped directly to the customer, while others do not.
For products that cannot be drop-shipped directly by the vendor, the item may need to be ordered into our shop first and then shipped to the customer once received.
When this additional step is required, the order may have a longer processing time than a standard in-stock order.
We will provide tracking information once the order has been shipped to the customer.
Shipping
We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Available shipping methods and costs are calculated based on the product, package size, destination, and available carrier options.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless specifically stated at checkout.
Shipping/transit time begins once an order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of Dyna Dicks Deals' control.
Some products may have shipping restrictions or may not be eligible for international shipment due to manufacturer restrictions, carrier requirements, size/weight limitations, or destination-country regulations.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because some products are ordered specifically from manufacturers or vendors after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted to the vendor.
Once an item has entered production, been shipped by the vendor, or been received by our shop for fulfillment, additional restrictions may apply.
Fitment
Customers are responsible for verifying product fitment before placing an order. Please verify the year, make, model, and applicable product specifications before completing your purchase.
If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to help whenever possible.
Order Updates
If we receive information regarding a significant delay or change to your order, we will communicate the information available to us as soon as reasonably possible.
Because we rely on manufacturers, vendors, and shipping carriers for certain aspects of order fulfillment, some delays may be outside of our direct control.
